A course, and a practice you keep
Where aura cleansing is a session, this is a course. It suits people who have found a single clearing helpful and want to go further, and people who recognise a persistent pattern — chronic anxiety about security, difficulty speaking up, a heart that has been closed since a particular loss — that maps to one centre and has not shifted.
The seven centres are worked in sequence: muladhara at the base for security and grounding, svadhisthana for creativity and desire, manipura for will and confidence, anahata for love and grief, vishuddha for expression and truth, ajna for insight and discernment, and sahasrara for connection to something larger. Each has a bija mantra — lam, vam, ram, yam, ham, om — and each has associated breath and posture.
The course does not treat all seven equally. Assessment establishes which two or three genuinely need work, and most of the time goes there. Working diligently through centres that are already functioning well is a common way to spend six weeks and notice nothing, and it is avoided here.
This is taught rather than done to you. Each session covers technique, you practise between sessions, and the next session corrects and progresses it. By the end you hold a practice you can maintain for years without returning — which is the intention. Where the underlying difficulty is clinical, that is named and proper support encouraged alongside.

A clear, caring path
How the course runs
The course assesses which centres actually need work, teaches breath, bija mantra and posture for those centres, and builds deliberately toward a practice you can maintain independently. It goes further than a single aura cleansing and is taught rather than performed on you.
Assess which centres need work
A conversation about the patterns you recognise establishes which two or three centres warrant the attention, rather than working all seven equally.
Teach breath, bija and posture
Each session covers the technique for the centre being worked — the breath, the bija mantra, the posture and the visualisation — with practice between sessions.
Build to an independent practice
Over six to eight weeks the pieces assemble into a practice you hold on your own, with correction along the way and no expectation of returning indefinitely.
Do any of these sound familiar?
When this course suits
Better after a single cleansing session than instead of one.
- A single cleansing helped and you want to go further
- A persistent pattern maps clearly to one area of life
- You want a practice to maintain rather than repeat appointments
- Anxiety about security or money has been constant for years
- You find it consistently difficult to speak up for yourself
- Grief from a specific loss has not moved
