How did Master Vijay Ram train?
Master Vijay Ram was born into a lineage of Vedic scholars and began studying as a boy in the guru-shishya tradition, learning jyotish, mantra and the associated disciplines under his guru in the Himalayas and in the ashrams of Rishikesh. That training is oral and long, and it is the basis of everything he practises today.
Vedic astrology is not a single technique but a set of them, and part of the training is knowing which one a question actually calls for. A question about timing is read from the birth chart. A question where no reliable birth time exists may be read from the hands. Where a situation resists both, he will say so rather than force an answer.
